One strategist, a small team, and a system that does not drop things
I lead strategy on every account. A small specialist team handles content production, publishing and coordination under my review. The routine checks run on a system I built, so I can spend my time on the decisions that move your numbers.
Audit and access
I start with your Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile and site. I want to know what already ranks, what earns leads or sales, what is broken, and where the gaps are against the competitors who are beating you.
The plan
Local businesses get a Core 30 plan: the 30 to 40 pages your Business Profile needs to rank, in priority order. Everyone else gets a topical map built from your own Search Console data and competitor gaps. You see the plan before anything gets written.
Build
Pages get written, checked against your brand voice and the facts of your business, and sent to you for approval. Technical fixes, schema and internal links go in alongside the content. Nothing is published without a review step.
The AEO layer
On top of the SEO work, I track how AI assistants answer the questions your customers ask, find where you are missing, and close those gaps. More on AEO.
Report, then adjust
Each month you get a written report: what moved, what did not, what I delivered, and what I am doing next. The next month's plan comes from those numbers, not from a fixed template.
Reports you can actually read
Every client gets a private monthly report. It leads with a plain-English summary of the month, then shows the numbers behind it: map rankings for local clients, traffic and revenue for ecommerce, and leads from calls and forms where we track them.
A typical month's summary reads like this:
Map rankings and website leads rose in October, while Business Profile calls fell and are being traced. Top-three map coverage for the main service rose from 147 to 151 of 172 grid points, and website leads rose from 18 to 24. November is about finishing the phone path check and getting the rest of the new articles live.

Common questions
Will I work with you or with someone on your team?
With me. I set the strategy, review the work and read your numbers. My team handles production, like drafting content and publishing it to your site, and every piece goes through my review before it reaches you.
What access do you need to get started?
Usually your website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and your Google Business Profile if you are a local business. Google Tag Manager too if we are setting up conversion tracking.
How do you report on progress?
Every month you get a written report on a private link. It covers rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, what I delivered, and what I am doing next and why. If a number went down, the report says so and explains what I am doing about it.
Do you use AI to write content?
AI helps with research and first drafts. Every piece is then edited, fact-checked against what your business actually offers, and reviewed before it goes to you for approval. Google cares whether content is useful and original, and that is the bar I hold.
Want to see if we are a fit?
Tell me about your business and what you want search to do for it. I will tell you honestly whether I can help and what I would do first.
